A lot of guys ask me what the next step is after they have gained strength through our home bodyweight workouts, and you won’t find a better fitness tool than the kettlebell.
If you’re new to kettlebells, then I recommend you buy one of our competition quality kettlebells. If you’re new to kettlebells, I recommend a 12kg or 16kg for cleans and snatches, depending on your strength.
We only sell quality competition kettlebells. Honestly lads, don’t go for the cheap ones in Argos or on Amazon. The handles will chew up your hands and the smaller sizes will make it hard to perform moves like cleans and snatches with decent form, and without decent form you’re asking to get injured.
Buy cheap, buy twice!
Take a moment to watch our kettlebell technique video.

Using kettlebells will torch that fat and develop some decent muscle.
Kettlebells are the cornerstone of my member’s workouts in The Brotherhood. We’ve got hundreds of kettlebell workouts in the bank ready to go, and my latest workouts are being added to our new phone app.
Let me know how it goes.
